Shallow Fry: Ensure food is piping hot.
High heat 6-7 mins.
Remove all packaging. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a preheated pan and add the mince. Use a wooden spoon to break down mince in the pan. Stir frequently, until all the meat is browned off and juices run clear. Drain off juices if desired. Cover with sauce or stock of your choice and simmer.
