We’ll plant a tree in Malawi for every funeral we do

We want to create a sustainable Society for all, and we're doing our bit by planting a tree for every funeral we do. With around 20,000 funerals each year, we can help offset CO2 by up to 6,000 tonnes and lower our impact on the environment.

We’ve partnered with the Wildlife and Environment Society of Malawi, a long-established natural resource management and conservation group with over 1,500 volunteer-run wildlife clubs across the country.

By working closely with WESM, we’ll find communities and people to plant a diverse variety of trees that’ll help to reforest wildlife, lower the risk of flooding, improve food scarcity, offset CO2 and provide employment for rural communities. It’ll help make a difference in Malawi and at no extra cost to the families we support.

For our clients who’d like something more local and personal, we can also plant a tree that they can visit in the U.K. that’s dedicated to the person they loved from just £14.99. And for our local communities, we’ll invest our carrier bag levy to support community planting projects.
