Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions: Ensure food is piping hot. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Hob: Moderate Heat 8-10 mins. Bring the steamer to the boil and add the required amount of peas. Steam until tender approx. 8-10 mins.
Microwave: 800W: heat 2 1/2 mins., stand 1 min. 900W: heat 1 1/2 mins., stand 1 min. Place 160g (2 servings) in a microwaveable dish. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Cover with a vented lid and heat, stirring hallway through heating.
Shallow Fry: Moderate Heat 2-3 mins. Place the required amount of peas in a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Return to the boil and cook for 2-3 mins.
