Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Hob: Saucepan Moderate Heat 10 mins. Remove from packaging. Pour over sufficient boiling water to cover. Drain and serve immediately.
Microwave: 800W 3-4 mins.; 900W 2.5-3.5 mins.; stand 1 min. Remove from packaging. Place 160g (two portions) into a microwavable dish with 1-2 tablespoons of water. Cover with a vented lid. Cook on full power for the following minutes. Stir half way through cooking.
Steam: Moderate Heat 10 mins. Remove from packaging. Place in the top half of a steamer. Cover and cook over boiling water. Do not allow to boil dry.
