Cooking Guidelines

Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook from chilled. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Other: 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 20-30 mins Roasting Top and tail the parsnip then slice length ways into quarters. Place on an oven tray and drizzle with oil. Cook on a moderate heat (220°C/Gas mark 7) for 20-30 minutes. Season with sea salt to taste.
Shallow Fry: Moderate Heat 10 mins Saucepan boiling Place into a pan of boiling water, cover and cook for 10 mins (or until tender). Do not allow to boil dry.
Steam: Moderate Heat 10 mins Place in the top half of a steamer. Cover and cook over boiling water for 10 mins (or until tender). Do not allow to boil dry.
