Shallow Fry: High Heat
4-6mins Rare.; 6-8mins Medium; 8+mins Well Done.
Remove the steak from the packaging and place onto a large plate. Allow to come up to room temperature, approx 10 minutes. Pre-heat frying pan. Lightly season the steak. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan, place the steak into the pan. Turn every 2 minutes. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Food Safety
Store meat covered, on a plate, at the bottom of the fridge. Do not let meat touch, or its juices drip onto, any other foods Keep your fridge temperature below 5ºC. Always wash work surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands before and after preparing food, and after disposal of packaging. The meat juices should run clear and the food should be piping hot before you serve it. Beef steaks can be served rare, as long as the meats outer surface has been cooked.
Keep in fridge 2 to 5ºC, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
Home Freezing
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
