Shallow Fry: High Heat

Remove the steak from the packaging and place onto a large plate. Allow to come up to room temperature, approx 10 minutes. Pre-heat frying pan. Lightly season the steak. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan, place the steak into the pan. Tum every 2 minutes. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Keep in the fridge 2 to 5°C, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
