Cooking Guidelines

Shallow Fry: High Heat 4-6mins Rare; 6-8mins Medium; 8+mins Well Done. Remove the steak from the packaging and place onto a large plate. Allow to come up to room temperature, approx 10 minutes. Pre-heat frying pan. Lightly season the steak. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pan, place the steak into the pan. Tum every 2 minutes. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
