Cooking Instructions: Ensure food is piping hot.

Grill: Medium Heat 18-20 mins.
Remove all packaging. Pre heat grill. Place burger on grill rack and cook under grill for 18-20 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
Shallow Fry: Medium heat 12-15 mins.
Preheat a little oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place burgers in the pan. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently.
Air Fry: 180°C; 16 mins.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
Remove all packaging. Place the burgers side by side in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 16 minutes.
Cooking Instructions: Ensure piping hot before serving.

Grill: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Transfer the burgers to a rack in a grill pan. Grill on a medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn every 5 minutes during cooking.
Shallow Fry: Heat 2 tsps. (10ml) of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging. Once oil is hot, add the burgers. Pan fry on a medium heat for 14 minutes. Turn the burgers every 4 minutes during cooking.
