Food Safety
Store pork covered at the bottom of fridge. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and disposal of packaging. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear by checking the thickest part of the pork.
Oven cook: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 mins
Remove all packaging. Place slices onto a baking tray, loosely cover with foil and cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
