Barbecue: Cook following the oven guidelines. Transfer to a BBQ for a further 4 - 5 minutes.

Food Safety
Store raw chicken covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not wash. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging. Check the thickest part of the chicken, if the juices run clear it should be cooked thoroughly.
Oven cook: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 18-20 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in centre of oven.
Cooking times will vary, depending on the size of the chicken steaks.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
