Boil: Cut larger potatoes into halves. Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until tender. Once cooked drain immediately and stand for 2 mins before serving.

Microwave: Cut larger potatoes into halves. Place 200g in a microwaveable dish. Add 100ml water, cover with a vented lid. Cook on full power 800W: for 8-10 minutes, 900W: for 7-9 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Other: Roasting
Cook products to a golden yellow colour, ensuring products are turned halfway through cooking, the cooking time may need to be reduced to avoid excessive browning of the product.
Steam: Cut larger potatoes into halves. Place in a steamer over boiling water and cover. Steam for 15-20 mins, until tender. Once cooked stand for 2 mins before serving.
