Deep and plush with a subtle spice, ideal with chilies, roasted Mediterranean veg, lamb or even a curry.
An outstanding example of Carménère from one of Chile's most important wine-making regions, Maipo Valley. An elegant wine with flavours of plum, fig and preserved fruits. Deep in colour, it has spent eight months in French and American oak, developing complex notes of clove and black pepper.
