Boil: Boil place in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 12-18 minutes, until tender.
Drain and serve.
Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Microwave: Place 200g in a microwaveable dish. Add 100ml water, cover with a vented lid. Cook on full power 850W: for 7-9 mins, stirring halfway through.
Steam: Place in a steamer over boiling water and cover.
Steam for 14-17 minutes until tender.
