A bold nutty flavour and a nutritious alternative to white rice
Co-op Wholegrain Rice is grown in sub-tropical paddy fields. Humidity and year long rainfall are ideal to produce firm wholegrain rice with a mild nutty taste. Wholegrain rice is a nutritious alternative to white rice, which is great with stews and for delicious healthy salads.

Microwave: Ensure food is piping hot.

For best results, gently squeeze the pouch to separate the rice prior to cooking. Cut open the top of the pouch to make a 2cm opening and stand upright on a microwaveable plate. Heat on full power. Do not re-heat.
