Oven cook: Ensure food is piping hot.
200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas 6; 30 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film and sachet. Place sachet to one side. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven and cook for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and pour contents of sachet evenly over the chicken breasts. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.

Home Freezing For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours. Don't freeze if defrosted.
Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge. Don't exceed the use by date. Once opened cook and eat straight away.
