Air Fry: 180°C; 10 mins; Stand 1 min.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging. Place fillets in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in the air fryer. Do not overfill the air fryer.
Cooking Instructions: Ensure food is piping hot. For best results, oven cook.
Cooking times will vary depending on the size and thickness of the fillets.

Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food.
Microwave: 800W; Cook 1 1/2 mins. Stand 1 min. Cook 1 min 20 secs. Stand 1 min.
900W; Cook 1 1/2 mins. Stand 1 min. Cook 1 min. Stand 1 min.
Remove all packaging. Transfer to a microwaveable plate. Cover with film and pierce several times. Cook the fillets on full power for the time stated above.
Oven cook: 190°C; Fan 170°C; Gas 5; 18-20 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place fillets on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
