Microwave remove film. Place tray in microwave. Turn halfway through heating time.
Oven cook: 190°C; Fan 170°C; Gas 5; 8 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Heat for 8 minutes.
