Oven cook: Remove from packaging. No need to wash. Ensure food is piping hot.
200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas 6; 35-40 mins.
Place in a non-stick roasting tin. Brush sparingly with oil or melted butter. Season to taste with herbs, spices or ground black pepper. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Cooking times will vary, depending on the size of the chicken thighs.

Home freezing - Freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use immediately.
