Oven cook: 210°C; Fan 190°C; Gas 6; 40 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place the foil tray in the centre of oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and return to the oven. Cook for further 20 minutes until chips turn crisp and golden.
