This classic, comforting pea and ham soup is made with sweet, tender petits pois and succulent British pulled ham hock, gently smoked over cherry wood, and finished with a touch of fragrant garden mint.
Try to include a wide variety of colourful fruit and veg into your diet and aim for at least 3 different veg and 2 different fruits everyday. 1/2 pot will provide 1 of your 5 a day.

Cooking Instructions: When the pot is heated it will soften and the contents will be hot.
Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat.
Hob: Moderate Heat 7 mins
Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated. Do not allow to boil.
Microwave: 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 1/2 mins, stand 1 min
Break the tab seal, remove lid and rest on top of pot on a microwaveable plate.
Stir halfway through. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Keep in the fridge 2 to 5°C and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the Use By date.
Home Freezing - For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge for 12 hours. Defrost thoroughly before heating and use within 24 hours.
