Shallow Fry: High Heat
Remove steaks from packaging and place onto large plate. Season with salt and pepper (optional). Allow to come up to room temperature, approx. 10 minutes. Preheat 5ml (1 tsp) of oil in frying pan.
Place steaks in frying pan over a high heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes each side.
Once cooked allow steaks to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Cook times will vary depending on size and thickness of the steak.
