Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry: Ensure food is piping hot.
High heat 6-7 mins.
Remove all packaging. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a preheated pan and add the mince. Use a wooden spoon to break down mince in the pan. Stir frequently, until all the meat is browned off and juices run clear. Drain off juices if desired. Cover with sauce or stock of your choice and simmer.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 3 months. Defrost in a fridge for 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the use by date.
