This creamy, melt-in-the-mouth cheese bake, infused with a splash of dry Somerset cider, is made with Worthy Farm reserve cheddar. A mature, full-flavoured Cheddar produced with milk from herds that graze on Worthy Farm, the home of Glastonbury festival.

Oven cook: Ensure food is piping hot.
190°C; Fan 170°C; Gas 5; 20 mins.
Remove sleeve and film lid. Place container on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven. Stand for 2 minutes and stir before serving.
