Cooking Instructions: Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
Microwave: Wash the potatoes, dry and prick several times with a fork. Wrap loosely with kitchen paper. For a single medium sized potato, microwave on full power: 800W; 8-10 mins, 900W; 7-9mins, (For 2 potatoes, 800W 13-15 mins 900W 12-14 mins). Tum over halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
Oven cook: 200°C, Fan 190°C, Gas 6, 75-90 mins
Wash the potatoes, dry and prick several times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven until tender. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook potatoes to a golden yellow colour. Always avoid overcooking the product. For a crisp skin leave uncovered, for a soft skin wrap in aluminium foil.
