Cooking Guidelines

Oven cook: Ensure food is piping hot. 200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas 6; 55 mins. Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, film lid and sachet. Place the sachet to one side. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of oven. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, baste chicken with the juices and pour contents of sachet to one end of the tray. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Remove chicken from the foil tray, stir sauce into the cooking juices. Carve chicken and pour sauce over and serve. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat once cooled. Food Safety This product contains raw chicken. Always check that the product is cooked throughout and juices run clear with no pink colour remaining. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and after disposal of packaging.

Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours. Don't freeze if defrosted. Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge. Don't exceed the use by date. Once opened cook and eat straight away.
