Oven cook: Remove from packaging. No need to wash before cooking.
Ensure food is piping hot.
200°C; Fan 180°C; Gas 6; 25-35 mins.
Place in a non-stick roasting tin. Brush sparingly with oil or melted butter.
Season to taste with herbs, spices or ground black pepper. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Cooking times will vary, depending on the size of the chicken breast fillets.

Store raw chicken covered at the bottom of the fridge. Do not wash. After disposal of packaging, always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food. Check the thickest part of the chicken, if the juices run clear it should be cooked thoroughly.

Freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in a fridge before cooking and use immediately.
Keep on the bottom shelf of the fridge, cook and eat within 24 hours of opening. Don't exceed the use by date.
