Bakery
Made by Wiltshire craft bakers using finest Cotswold flour. This delicious hand-finished sourdough, with aromatic tomato and basil inclusions, is made in small batches by Wiltshire craft bakers with finest Cotswold flour and a special slow fermented starter. Every loaf is folded and scored by hand and proven the traditional way, in individual baskets, which gives the bread its distinctive shape.
