Wood fired, Neapolitan style, restaurant quality pizza
Every great pizza starts with a great base. That's why our carbonara bianca pizza is made with finest ground 00 grade flour, with a 24-hour fermented sponge dough added to the mix, then spun to create a crisp, airy crust and perfect chewy softness, so every slice is restaurant quality
After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with an indulgent and creamy béchamel sauce, mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone, then layer with slices of succulent Italian prosciutto cotto, garlic and thyme Portobello mushrooms and 24-month matured parmigiano reggiano cheese.

Preheat oven. Remove packaging. Rearrange toppings as necessary. Place on centre shelf of oven. Position a baking tray on shelf below. Slide pizza onto baking tray to remove from oven.
