Wood fired, Neapolitan style, restaurant quality pizza
Every great pizza starts with a great base. That's why our Chianti Beef & Caramelised Red Onion pizza is made with finest ground 00 grade flour, with a 24-hour fermented sponge dough added to the mix, then spun to create a crisp, airy crust and perfect chewy softness, so every slice is restaurant quality
After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with a rich tomato and red wine ragu - made with Italian Roma tomatoes - then layer with melting mozzarella and our exceptionally tender Chianti marinated slow-cooked beef, caramelised red onions and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Preheat oven. Remove packaging. Rearrange toppings as necessary.
Place on centre shelf of oven. Position a baking tray on shelf below.
Slide pizza onto baking tray to remove from oven.
