Air Fry: 160°C, 45 mins
Remove sleeve, film and sachet. Preheat air fryer to 160°C. Remove the gammon from all packaging and place in the centre of the air fryer basket. Cook for 40 minutes. Pour over the glaze and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Cooking Instructions: Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Do not reheat.

Store pork covered at the bottom of fridge. Always wash work surfaces, equipment and hands before and after preparing food and disposal of packaging. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear by checking the thickest part of the pork
Oven cook: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 50 mins
Remove sleeve, film and sachet. Place foil tray in centre of a preheated oven. After 25 minutes discard the cooking juices and open sachet, pour and spoon over the glaze and return to the oven for the remaining 25 minutes.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible and always within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost in a fridge. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use within 24 hours.
