Wood fired, Neapolitan style, restaurant quality pizza
Every great pizza starts with a great base. That's why our irresistible margherita pizza is made with finest ground 00 grade flour, with a 24-hour fermented sponge dough added to the mix, then spun to create a crisp, airy crust and perfect chewy softness, so every slice is restaurant quality
After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with an authentically simple sauce - made with Italian Roma tomatoes and oregano - creamy, melting mozzarella and Italian fior di latte cheese, a scattering of sweet, tangy SunBlush tomatoes and vibrant basil pesto.
