Wood fired, Neapolitan style, restaurant quality pizza
Every great pizza starts with a great base. That's why our salami calabrese pizza is made with finest ground 00 grade flour, with a 24-hour fermented sponge dough added to the mix, then spun to create a crisp, airy crust and perfect chewy softness, so every slice is restaurant quality
After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with an authentically simple sauce - made with Italian Roma tomatoes and oregano - then layer with creamy, melting mozzarella and Italian fior di latte cheese, succulent, spicy Charcuti® spianata piccante, Charcuti® salsiccia piccante salami and meaty 'nduja.

Oven cook: 240°C, Fan 220°C, Gas 8, 6-8 mins
Preheat oven. Remove packaging. Rearrange toppings as necessary. Place on centre shelf of oven. Position a baking tray on shelf below. Slide pizza onto baking tray to remove from oven.
