Cooking Instructions: Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Microwave: 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 1/2 mins stand 2 mins
Place the pouch in a microwaveable dish and pierce the top several times. Cook on full power for 3 minutes (800W/900W). Remove from the microwave, gently shake, then cook for a further 3 minutes (800W) or 2 minutes 30 seconds (900W). Stand for 2 minutes. Carefully open the pouch and drain off remaining cooking juices. Remove the pork and place into a dish. Take two forks, place one fork into the meat, and pull the meat apart with the other fork to create a shredded effect. Drizzle the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the shredded meat and mix thoroughly before serving.
Oven cook: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sachet of sauce to one side. Remove pork from pouch, tip contents into an ovenproof dish, and cover with foil. Heat in the centre of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, and remove 1-2 tablespoons of cooking juices. Pull the meat with two forks, drizzle the contents of the sachet over the meat, and mix carefully. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes. Members tip: For a more caramelised cook, remove all cooking juices after the 25 minute cook, before adding the sauce for the last 5 minutes.
