Cooking Guidelines

Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove all packaging and allow to come up to room temperature for approximately 10 minutes. Place steaks in a single layer in the air fryer, turn the steaks halfway through cooking. Rare: 2-4 minutes, Medium: 5-7 minutes, Well Done: 8+ minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Barbecue: For a more authentic flavour and appearance, cook as suggested and then transfer immediately onto a barbecue and cook until browned.
Cooking Instructions: Cooking times will vary depending on the size and thickness of the steak. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
