A must for all Christmas drinkers with a sweet tooth, this fruity festive number’s tangy cranberry and zesty orange flavours punctuate smooth amaretto notes to bring a deliciously moreish drink that tastes as good as it looks.
Ingredients
- 25ml Disaronno Amaretto
- 25ml Southern Comfort
- Juice of ½ lime
- 60ml Co-op Fairtrade orange juice
- 70ml Co-op cranberry juice
- ½ lime (garnish)
- Glacé cherry (garnish)
Method
- Fill a glass with ice. This will ensure your drink stays chilled while you enjoy it.
- Pour the Disaronno, Southern Comfort, orange, cranberry and lime juices into a shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into the ice-filled glass until almost full, then top with a glacé cherry and lime skewer. Enjoy!
