Ingredients
- 400g (14oz) The Co-operative Strawberries*, hulled
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 75cl bottle of The Co-operative Prosecco, chilled (other dry sparkling wines will suffice)* Alternatively use two stoned peaches instead of strawberries to make a Bellini cocktail (ignoring the Icing sugar)
Method
- Place the strawberries in a blender and pulse to a purée. Add the icing sugar and blend again. Sieve to remove the seeds.
- Divide the purée among the glasses, then fill each with sparkling wine. Serve immediately.
