BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
- 3 x Co-op garlic clove
- 20g Co-op fresh ginger
- 40g Co-op caster sugar
- Dash chilli powder
- Dash Worcester sauce
- 75ml Co-op white wine vinegar
- 50g Co-op clear honey
- 200g Co-op tomato ketchup
- 750g Co-op chicken drumsticks
Method
1. Grate the ginger into a large mixing bowl.
2. Peel and crush the garlic and add to the mixing bowl, along with the Worcester sauce, caster sugar, chilli powder, white wine vinegar, honey and ketchup, stirring until combined.
3. Transfer the sauce to a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes on a low heat.
4. Once the sauce has thickened, transfer it back to the mixing bowl and leave to cool.
5. Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl, ensuring they're covered by the sauce.
6. Leave to marinate for as long as desired (minimum 2 hours).
7. Cook the drumsticks on a pre-heated barbecue for 10-15 minutes, turning regularly.
8. Serve and enjoy!
