Ingredients

  • Co-op British Garlic & Herb Sizzle Steaks (240g)
  • Co-op Taco Seasoning Sachet (30g)
  • Co-op Salad Dip Selection (360g)
  • Co-op Large Original Tortilla Wraps (8)
  • Co-op Mixed Peppers (2)
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Method

  1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the Co-op British Garlic & Herb Sizzle Steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Once cooked, remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes. Then slice them thinly against the grain for tender pieces.
  4. While the steak rests, thinly slice the Co-op Mixed Peppers. In the same pan used for the steak, add a little more olive oil if necessary, and sauté the peppers for 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized. Set aside.
  5. In the same pan, return the sliced steak and sprinkle the Co-op Taco Seasoning Sachet over it.
  6. Stir to coat the steak evenly with the seasoning and cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.
  7. Heat the Co-op Large Original Tortilla Wraps one by one in a dry pan over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side or until warmed and slightly toasted. Alternatively, microwave them for about 20 seconds.
  8. Serve the tacos immediately while the ingredients are warm. Let everyone customize their tacos with the dips and toppings to taste.
