Michael Spencer's Teriyaki Beef

Ingredients
- 1 pack of British rump / sirloin steak, sliced
- 1 packet of stir fry vegetables
- 300g packet of straight-to-wok egg noodles fresh or Amoy
- 150ml teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Hand full of chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil in a wok over a high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes, until browned. Set aside.
- Add another tablespoon of toasted sesame oil to the wok. Add the stir fry vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes before adding the egg noodles, teriyaki sauce and dash of water.
- Return the beef to the wok and stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until piping hot.
- Serve with sprinkling of sesame seeds and dress with chopped coriander.
